Germany runs Pakistani intake through TLScontact, a third centre operator, with its own portal and its own fee.
German consulates ask for documents in a fixed order and will hand a file back at the counter if the order is wrong.
Appointment queues for Germany are among the longest of any Schengen mission in Pakistan, so start earlier than you think you need to.
How we handle your Germany application
- Tell us the trip. Dates, travellers and purpose, on the web or on WhatsApp in Urdu or English.
- Upload your documents. We read your passport automatically and tell you what is missing.
- File prepared. Forms completed, cover letter and day-by-day itinerary drafted, documents ordered the way TLScontact expects them.
- Case officer review. Every field and every document, checked before anything is submitted.
- Appointment tracked. We watch TLScontact availability and message you the moment a date opens.

What it costs
- VisaDIY service fee: PKR 30,000. Application completed, documents checked, cover letter and itinerary drafted, appointment tracked, WhatsApp updates.
- Government fee: €90 (about PKR 28,900). €90, converted at the consular rate on the day you pay. EUR 45 for ages 6 to 12, free under 6.
Total via VisaDIY: PKR 58,900 per applicant. We do not mark up government or centre charges.
How long it takes
Decisions typically take 15 calendar days, stretching to up to 45 days in peak season. That clock starts at your appointment, not when you decide to apply, so the queue is usually the longer half of the timeline. Start 8 to 10 weeks before you intend to travel.
Why Germany applications get refused
- File assembled out of order. Germany specifies the sequence. A correct file in the wrong order gets returned.
- Missing translations. Documents not in English or German, without a certified translation.
- Purpose of travel not evidenced. A stated business trip with no invitation from the German company.
- Long queue, expired documents. Bank statements and bookings that have aged out between booking the slot and attending it.
How we checked these figures
- verified Government fee. EU Visa Code short-stay fee (EUR 90 adult / EUR 45 child 6-12 / free under 6), in force since 11 June 2024
Fees are set in foreign currency and converted at the consulate’s own rate on the day you pay, which is not the market rate. Rupee amounts here use a reference rate from 19 August 2026 and will drift.
