Privacy
We handle passports, CNICs and bank statements. This page explains what we store, where, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, CNIC number, passport details, travel plans, and the documents you upload for the application.
Where it is stored
In an encrypted database and private file storage. Documents are never stored in a publicly accessible location and are never served from a permanent link. Access is limited to case officers working on your file, and every access is logged.
What we do with it
We use it to prepare your application and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to market other services to you.
The completed application and its documents are presented to the visa application centre by you, in person, at your appointment. We do not submit on your behalf.
How long we keep it
Documents are deleted ninety days after your case closes, unless you ask us to keep them in your vault for future applications. Account records are retained for as long as your account exists.
Deletion
Email us from the address on your account, or message us on WhatsApp from your registered number, and we will delete your documents within seven working days and confirm when it is done.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for sign-in and for anonymous usage analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.
