We handle Singapore through the office rather than the self-serve flow, because the application has to be submitted by a party eligible to give the Letter of Introduction. Start it on WhatsApp and a case officer takes it from there.
A Pakistani passport holder cannot lodge a Singapore visa alone. The application goes in through a local contact in Singapore, a strategic partner, or an authorised visa agent, who submits it on the ICA e-Service.
Two forms are involved: Form 14A signed by the applicant, and Form V39A, the Letter of Introduction, completed by the local contact or agent.
ICA asks that you apply within 30 days of arrival, so applying months ahead is not an advantage here.
How we handle your Singapore application
- Tell us the trip. Dates, travellers and purpose, on the web or on WhatsApp in Urdu or English.
- Upload your documents. We read your passport automatically and tell you what is missing.
- File prepared. Forms completed, cover letter and day-by-day itinerary drafted, documents ordered the way ICA e-Service, through a local contact expects them.
- Case officer review. Every field and every document, checked before anything is submitted.
- Appointment tracked. We watch ICA e-Service, through a local contact availability and message you the moment a date opens.
Documents you need
- Valid Pakistani passport with at least 6 months validity
- Two recent passport photographs
- Confirmed return flight reservation
- Hotel booking for the full stay
- Bank statement for the last 6 months, stamped by the branch
- Employment NOC or business registration
- Copy of CNIC, front and back
What it costs
- VisaDIY service fee: PKR 10,000. Application completed, documents checked, cover letter and itinerary drafted, appointment tracked, WhatsApp updates.
- Government fee: S$30 (about PKR 6,500). S$30, converted at the consular rate on the day you pay. The same SGD 30 applies to children.
Total via VisaDIY: PKR 16,500 per applicant. We do not mark up government or centre charges.
How long it takes
Decisions typically take 3 working days, stretching to allow longer around public holidays in peak season. That clock starts at your appointment, not when you decide to apply, so the queue is usually the longer half of the timeline. Start within 30 days of travel before you intend to travel.
Why Singapore applications get refused
- No valid local contact. The Letter of Introduction has to come from someone eligible to give it.
- Form 14A incomplete. Unanswered fields are treated as an incomplete application rather than a query.
- Purpose of visit unclear. Bookings that do not match the stated dates or purpose.
- Previous immigration history. Earlier overstays or refusals anywhere weigh heavily on a short assessment.
How we checked these figures
- verified Government fee. SGD 30 non-refundable processing fee, stated on the ICA Pakistan visa requirements page, payable online by card. ICA gives processing as within three working days, excluding the day of submission.
- provisional Centre charge. ICA charges nothing beyond the SGD 30. Where an authorised visa agent submits on your behalf rather than a local contact, that agent sets its own fee, which ICA does not publish.
- verified Application window. ICA advises applying within 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore.
Fees are set in foreign currency and converted at the consulate’s own rate on the day you pay, which is not the market rate. Rupee amounts here use a reference rate from 19 August 2026 and will drift.
