Thailand moved Pakistani applications to an online system, so the file is uploaded rather than submitted at a counter.
Financial evidence is assessed against a published minimum per traveller, and the balance has to be visible rather than just claimed.
The embassy can request an interview, which is rare but adds two weeks when it happens.
How we handle your Thailand application
- Tell us the trip. Dates, travellers and purpose, on the web or on WhatsApp in Urdu or English.
- Upload your documents. We read your passport automatically and tell you what is missing.
- File prepared. Forms completed, cover letter and day-by-day itinerary drafted, documents ordered the way Online, embassy review expects them.
- Case officer review. Every field and every document, checked before anything is submitted.
- Appointment tracked. We watch Online, embassy review availability and message you the moment a date opens.
Documents you need
- Valid Pakistani passport with at least 6 months validity
- Two recent passport photographs
- Confirmed return flight reservation
- Hotel booking for the full stay
- Bank statement for the last 6 months, stamped by the branch
- Employment NOC or business registration
- Copy of CNIC, front and back
What it costs
- VisaDIY service fee: PKR 10,000. Application completed, documents checked, cover letter and itinerary drafted, appointment tracked, WhatsApp updates.
- Government fee: THB 1,000 (about PKR 8,400). THB 1,000, converted at the consular rate on the day you pay. Same fee applies.
Total via VisaDIY: PKR 18,400 per applicant. We do not mark up government or centre charges.
How long it takes
Decisions typically take 10 to 15 working days, stretching to up to 25 days in peak season. That clock starts at your appointment, not when you decide to apply, so the queue is usually the longer half of the timeline. Start 4 to 6 weeks before you intend to travel.
Why Thailand applications get refused
- Balance below the published minimum. Thailand states a figure. Meet it clearly.
- Unclear travel purpose. No itinerary, or an itinerary that does not match the booked hotels.
- Documents uploaded in the wrong format. Files that exceed the size limit or are unreadable.
- Inconsistent declared employment. Stated occupation that the supporting documents do not confirm.
How we checked these figures
- provisional Government fee. Single-entry tourist e-Visa THB 1,000 via thaievisa.go.th, the single portal since January 2025. Secondary sources only.
Fees are set in foreign currency and converted at the consulate鈥檚 own rate on the day you pay, which is not the market rate. Rupee amounts here use a reference rate from 19 August 2026 and will drift.
